Becoming one of our Carpet Cleaning and Flood Restoration Technician is a great opportunity for learning, growth, advancement and being part of a high performing team.
You will enjoy variety, this role includes participating in demolition, remediation, packing, moving, water extraction, removal of water-damaged materials, setting up and monitor drying equipment, application of antimicrobial products, general cleaning, and striving to maintain clean and safe job sites.
Your responsibilities will include completing all phases of the job from the paperwork through to completion and maintenance.
The work is challenging, fun, and rewarding. You won’t mind getting onto job sites that are dirty, possibly cold or wet and sometimes unsanitary. This is a physical role where you will need to bring high energy levels and resilience with the ability to lift heavy items up to 25KG on a routine basis.
You will have a strong focus on customers with flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines. Our standards rely on team members following processes, bringing high levels of accountability, dependability, ethics and professionalism.
You will be eager to learn and will attend and actively participate in on-going training, supporting team members, and meeting certification requirements. As part of a team providing services 24×7 you will be available for on call rotational emergency services and after-hours work.
Also critical to this role are your organisation and time management skills, ability to provide and take on board feedback, strengths in verbal and written communication, and positive attitude.

• a minimum 6 months of work experience in flood restoration or carpet cleaning.
• a valid Full driver’s license
