First, we’ll meet with you to understand your business, your products, and your customers. Typically a scoping session can be 1-2 hours, depending on the complexity of your business. Then we’ll set up your Shopify account, configure the basic features and help you select a payment gateway and merchant account that works best for you.
We’ll design and develop a website that enhances your brand and your customer’s experience. We’ll present designs with two rounds of feedback before your final approval. We’ll also design it responsively so the site scales down on mobile devices, making it easy for people to buy regardless of what kind of device they’re using. As a note, Shopify is a template-driven system which means it functions best with minimal interference. We have the coding skills to adjust the HTML/CSS to get the look just right, but we may advise against some changes if it will hurt your ability to use and change the website in the future.
Many apps are free, but more complex functionalities include a subscription fee. App feature includes; enhanced shipping rules, accounting software integration, CRM integrations, order printing templates, and much more. If there are features that you think could help streamline your business – just ask! We’ll be happy to provide a quote for any added features and functions.
We’ll develop a sitemap that plans out all the pages of your e-Commerce site and the product categories. We take into consideration the content you already have, the information your customers are looking for, and the content that will be of most benefit to you in Google.
You will be providing the base content, but we will edit the content to ensure the right keyword density. Your own images are always best! If you need images we can recommend a photographer. If a photographer is not in the budget we can opt for stock photos instead.
Our number one goal is to sell your product. When we create your products in Shopify we need to ensure they are well displayed, properly organized, and in the best position to sell, sell, sell! The website will be designed based on your products – so we start here. We will upload and organize your product. This includes images, descriptions, prices, variants, tags, and much more. We’ll present the products with two rounds of feedback before your final approval
Once we’ve tested, you’ve tested and the website is looking it’s best, we’ll make your new Shopify store live. Launch time! Once the site is made online, we will correct any errors that might have been missed during testing within 7 days.
